Does Hetzner Online have a startup program?
No. Hetzner's own site states no sign-up credit; the €20 figure comes from referral links on other sites.
Hetzner's cloud page mentions no sign-up credit, free credit or trial (its only "credits" are SLA credits "in the event of a malfunction"), and its Hetzner Cloud billing FAQ mentions none either. Hetzner's former referral terms page now redirects to its Legal Notice, and the €20 figure appears only on third-party coupon and affiliate sites, tied to referral links rather than to every new account.
