No. Astra has no startup pricing: its startup page lists the standard plans, from $69 a month.
Astra's startup page and pricing page list only the standard plans (Scanner Lite $69 a month, Scanner $199 a month, Pentest $5,999 a year), with no startup discount, credit or free plan. The only promotions are a paid one-week trial of the DAST Scanner for $7 and multi-year contract discounts on request.
