No. Pulley's free Seed plan is gone: Pulley says it is shutting down and sends prospective customers to Carta.
Every Pulley page carries the banner "Pulley is shutting down on 12/8/26", and the homepage notice says Pulley will cease all operations and services on 12/8/26 and sends prospective customers to Carta. Pulley's pricing page no longer lists a free Seed plan; its lowest plan is Startup at $1,200 a year.
