No. Legislate's contract builder is gone: its pricing page now redirects to TextMine, where it returns a 404.
legislate.tech/pricing now redirects to TextMine's pricing page, which returns a 404, and Legislate's app and demo links redirect to TextMine. TextMine's own site now describes Legislate as "a searchable archive of reviewed document data", not a self-serve contract builder, and legislate.tech is titled "Free Legal Guides, Contract Questions & Glossary".
