Delve's startup page only says "Get compliant fast and close your first enterprise deals" and asks you to book a demo, with no startup price, discount or credit. Delve has no pricing page (delve.co/pricing and delve.co/startups return a 404), and its homepage lists included services such as free onboarding, Slack support and a trust report, but no startup discount.
