Does Windsurf have a startup program?
No. Windsurf has no startup program: it is now Devin Desktop, and Cognition's startup offer is Devin for Startups.
windsurf.com says "Devin Desktop is the new name for Windsurf." Cognition bought Windsurf in 2025, windsurf.com/startups shows a page-not-found page, and windsurf.com/pricing redirects to devin.ai/pricing. Cognition's Devin for Startups gives $15,000 in Devin credits, but its page does not say whether they pay for Devin Desktop.
