Is SendGrid for Startups (SendGrid Accelerate) still available?
No. SendGrid's startup program has ended: Twilio, which runs SendGrid, says it offers no additional credits to startups.
Twilio's startups page says: "Every Twilio customer gets a small credit when they open an account to start building their first project. We do not offer additional credits to startups at this time." The old SendGrid Accelerate page now redirects to Twilio's SendGrid page.
