Is there a Meta or Facebook ads coupon for new advertisers?

No. Meta publishes no ad credit or promo code for new advertisers; credits arrive only through its own offers.

Meta's Business Help Center says you may receive an ad credit "Through an ad refund", "Through in-product promotions or emails from facebookmail.com, including priority.facebookmail.com" or "Through partnerships Meta has with other sites or companies." It publishes no amount, spend rule or country for a new-advertiser credit. A credit that does arrive is a 16-digit code you enter under Payment settings in Ads Manager, and Meta's troubleshooting page lists "The ad credit is for new advertisers only, and your account is too old to redeem the code" among the reasons a code fails, so a credit for new advertisers can exist but Meta publishes no standing one. Meta's Ad Credit Coupon Terms (last updated December 22, 2025) say a coupon is void where "it was not obtained from Meta or a third party expressly authorized by Meta to distribute Coupons", and that a coupon may not be sold or transferred without Meta's written consent.
