How does the BugHerd free trial work?
BugHerd offers a free 7-day trial, and its home page says no credit card is required. You create a project for your website, install the BugHerd extension or the project's JavaScript snippet, and invite your team and clients to leave feedback.
BugHerd has two main user levels, members and guests. Members see the Kanban-style task board and every bug reported, and guests can only give feedback and reply to comments on what they reported.
The terms of service warn what happens if you do not subscribe: data from a free-trial-only plan “may be permanently deleted immediately following termination of the free trial Plan”.

Is there a BugHerd coupon code or discount?
BugHerd's pricing page lists no coupon code. The savings it publishes are the free trial and yearly billing, which it says gets you “two months free”.
BugHerd's Partner Program page states an offer for people a partner refers: “Your referrals will receive 20% off their first 3 months of their BugHerd subscription.” That is BugHerd's own partner-referral offer, not a coupon code, and the page publishes no code for it.
The pricing page lists no startup, student or nonprofit discount.

Does BugHerd have a money-back guarantee?
BugHerd's pricing page and home page promise a refund if you are not satisfied within 60 days of purchase. Its terms of service say “Subscriptions are non-refundable”, so the pages do not agree.
The terms also say plans can be cancelled before renewal in your account settings. If a refund matters to your decision, ask BugHerd support to confirm the 60-day promise in writing before you pay.
