How does the AdCreative.ai free trial work?
AdCreative.ai gives a 7-day free trial that includes 20 credits to generate ads, banners, videos and UGC videos. A credit is used when you download a generated creative, and you can generate unlimited creatives before you download.
If you start the trial on a plan, that plan takes over by itself when the trial ends: “If you're on a trial, your selected plan will automatically activate once the trial wraps up.”
One older help article on signing up still says “click sign up & get 10 free credits”, while the home page says 20, so check the credit count shown when you register.

Does the AdCreative.ai free trial need a credit card?
Yes: AdCreative.ai's help center says “We require a credit card at sign-up” and that you will not be charged during the 7-day trial period. The home page says only “7 day free trial. Cancel anytime.” and does not mention the card.
The help center gives two reasons for the card: uninterrupted access to the premium features from day one, and verifying genuine users. It adds that the app can be used for free during the trial and that you can cancel at any time without fees.
The sign-up help article gives the same rule, and tells you to click Start Free Trial once you have filled in your details.

How do I cancel the AdCreative.ai free trial?
In the app, open Settings, go to the Account tab, scroll to the bottom and click Cancel My Subscription, then fill in the short form and type CONFIRM. The home page says you can cancel anytime in 2 clicks and that AdCreative.ai reminds you before the trial ends.
After you click Proceed with Cancellation the subscription is scheduled for cancellation. A paid subscription is cancelled when the current billing period ends, and for immediate cancellation the help center says to contact the support team.
If you forget and your card is charged, the help center promises a 100% refund within 7 days of the charge on monthly plans and 30 days on yearly plans. The home page FAQ adds a condition: the platform must not have been used.
The terms of service tie automatic renewal to a cancellation timeframe of seven days before the end of a monthly cycle and thirty days before the anniversary of an annual subscription, and say refunds are at AdCreative.ai's sole discretion.

How much does AdCreative.ai cost after the trial?
On monthly billing Starter is $39 for 20 credits, Professional is $249 for 300 credits and Ultimate is $999 for 300 credits. The home page also offers Quarterly billing labelled 25% off and Yearly billing labelled 50% off.
The same toggle has a Quarterly option labelled 25% off. Each plan also has a Monthly Credits menu, and on monthly billing Starter goes up to 50 credits for $89 and 85 credits for $139 and 120 credits for $189 a month.
A plan's credits renew every month, and the home page says credits are only used when you download a creative.

Is there an AdCreative.ai coupon code or discount?
AdCreative.ai publishes no public coupon code. The savings its pages state are the 7-day free trial, 25% off quarterly plans and 50% off yearly plans.
The help center repeats the yearly saving: “all yearly plans give you 50% off”. It also describes a Promo Code field under Settings and then Billing, for a code AdCreative.ai itself has given you.
The pricing section lists no startup, student or nonprofit discount.
