Does 46elks have a startup program?
No. 46elks gives no free trial credit: you buy credit first, with a minimum purchase of €10.
46elks's pricing page ("Pay for what your application actually uses"), its sign-up form and its FAQ state no free or trial credit. Its own getting-started tutorial tells new users to "Purchase some credits" and adds "(The minimum purchase is 10 EUR, which is more than enough to get started.)"
