ZeptoMail was renamed Zoho CPaaS in September 2026. Email is sold in credits of 10,000 emails, valid for 6 months, and the first credit is free. Until Zoho validates the account, the credit can be used with a daily cap of 100 emails; after validation there is no daily limit. It is for transactional email only: bulk and promotional email such as newsletters are not allowed. Further credits cost US$2.50 per 10,000 emails.
