No. Mistral AI has no startup program: mistral.ai/startups is a 404, and its docs describe only a free mode and prepaid credits.

mistral.ai/startups returns a 404 page, and neither Mistral's site nor its documentation has a startup page. Its docs say "Free mode is the default state for new accounts" and that free mode covers "included monthly usage within the limits shown on the Limits page"; paid usage runs on prepaid credits. The only credit grant on Mistral's pages is its community Ambassador program, which is for individuals, not companies.
