No. LaunchDarkly has no startup program: its startup addresses return 404s, and every account can use its free Developer plan.

launchdarkly.com/startups and LaunchDarkly's other startup addresses return 404 pages, and its pricing page names no startup, accelerator or incubator offer. Its Developer plan is free, with no credit card required, and a trial of the paid plans falls back to it: "When your trial ends, your account will automatically convert to a free Developer plan."
